In the personal sphere, I experienced some turbulent changes. Despite challenges, I managed to strengthen my relationships within the family, I love you.
On a personal health note, I continued winter swimming with no significant improvement and maintained my involvement in playing Magic: The Gathering, even in the face of the loss of my best friend. I successfully lost and regained 4 kg, survived a wasp bite that led to an allergic reaction, requiring hospitalization (thankfully, I haven’t been back to the hospital since).
Business and Professional Achievements in 2023:
In the business realm, I continued to grow my business communities for both Czech and international business owners under the IFB brand. I accomplished the following:

- Completed 6 volumes of Networking Masterminds, with 3 publicly available on YouTube and 3 privately recorded. Two of the private sessions were customized based on client requests.

- Uploaded 20 podcasts on YouTube, with 2 recorded offline at client locations.

- Attended 5 personal networking sessions (ICAs).

- Held 20 client meetings, with 4 conducted in person and the rest online.

- Uploaded 3 courses on YouTube, unlisted upon request. The courses cover business English, Czech for foreigners, and a guide for aspiring businesspeople.

- Successfully created and launched my own website, jiriborc.cz.

- Tried to be a good leader. Hope I was and will be.
- Set up a cosed community for beginners business people who want to learn a English or czech on Slack
- Attended 6 coaching sessions
- Recorded 2 online business English events and one Czech for foreigners
- Started a newsletter.
- Initiated mentoring for a student following my mentoring training in Poland with Aiesec.
